Diamond Ridge Cottage is a brand new, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,600 square foot home. The cottage is completely equipped with all the amenities needed to set up full housekeeping. The kitchen is fully equipped down to the smallest detail. This sunny cottage is an inviting home away from home. Color T.V. with VCR and DVD is installed for your entertainment. All appliances plus free washer and dryer are located in the cottage. Free local phone calls and High-Speed DSL Internet available.

We are located 5 miles north of Homer on Diamond Ridge Road, Milepost 167, 1.8 miles up Diamond Ridge Road. Enjoy the large wooden deck with sweeping views of Cook Inlet and Augustine Volcano. The cottage is located on the property adjacent to the Peninsula Radio Group commercial radio stations and owner's home. Two bedrooms each have a queen size bed, third bedroom has a bunk with double and twin. There is also a trundle bed for additional sleeping.

This property is rented for daily and also available for weekly or monthly rental. Cleaning is done by request or if the stay is longer than one week. No food supplies or meals are offered as part of the rental agreement. Coffee, tea and cocoa are furnished. The third bedroom is fully equipped for use by licensed Amateur Radio operators to operate a unique "DX" location. Ask Dave AL7DB, your host for full details.
